Roots & Branches Style Bodywork
An oil based table massage which blends Eastern and Western styles to positively
influence the energetic and physical structure of the body. Working wih
the yin meridians; the Roots, and the yang meridians; the Branches,
this massage utilizes stretching, joint manipulations, Swedish techniques and
Reflexology to create true therapeutic bodywork. Jim has created his own 5
element blends of essential oils to further enhance the benefits of this
bodywork.
Allow 1-1/2 hours for this therapy.
First session introductory price for locals: $75
Regular sessions: $90
Add $20 to Pamper Package fee for this 90 minute massage.
Shiatsu
A Japanese style of body work performed clothed on a floor mat. It follows the
same principles as acupuncture to help ward off illness and maintain good heath.
Reflexology
Over 5000 years old, it operates on the theory that there are areas on the feet
and hands that correspond to each organ, gland, and structure in the body. By
working these areas, tension in the body can be reduced and balance restored.
Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Massage)
Encourages a more efficient working of the internal organs, addressing the
respiratory, digestive, lymphatic and energetic systems of the body.
Swedish Massage
This is the well known “relaxation” massage. Performed with oil, it consists of
gliding strokes, compression, and kneading which improve circulation and
muscular function.
Steamy Wonder
Add a 20 min. steam canopy treatment to your massage. This therapy helps the
body to remove toxic waste, raise the metabolic rate and release muscular
tension. Follow this with our signature massage for a wonderful bodywork
experience. Fee: $25.

Yoga will do more than make you

Pilates is a great system of mindful
exercise for core strengthening targeting the abdominal muscles, buttocks, hips
and legs. “Develops strength through length.”

Gentle
A mix of easy warm-up exercises, yogic stretching and gentle yoga postures. For
beginners and all levels of experience; participants looking for a slow flowing
gentle and relaxing experience. Note: Students must be physically able to get up
and down off the floor unassisted.
Basics & Beyond
For all levels of experience. Guided poses at a basic level and invitations to
challenge yourself beyond. All students are encouraged to work within their
level of experience without judgment.
Intermediate
For experienced practitioners who are familiar with flow yoga - Vinyasa. A
guided series of flowing vinyasas cultivates meditation in motion. Participants
will be challenged with intermediate level poses and balances throughout the
various flow sequences.
Pilates Mat Work
A Pilates mat work sequence will be directed based on your level of experience -
beginner to intermediate.
