The Nook
a cozy distinct
private efficiency.
This is a wonderful Adirondack vacation rental, an efficiency, for one or two people. Have the second floor all to yourself in the house where Inner Quest Yoga and Wellness Center operates on the main floor. The Nook's entrance is separate from the owners so it is very private. The main room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, secretary's desk, loveseat and Morris chair. The kitchenette is well equipped with a compact refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, plus other kitchen essentials. The Nook includes a large private bath with a lovely slipper soaking tub and hand held shower and the use of a full bath with shower directly down the stairs. During the warmer months there is A/C and guests may use the front deck, bistro table and chairs.
Guests best suited for The Nook will appreciate the quiet nature of the facility, that there is a shoes off policy, no smoking permitted in or on the premises, and that pets are unable to be accommodated. Check-in time 4PM (usually earlier), check-out 11AM.
The Nook is not really a small space
but certainly a cozy place.
We call the upstairs of our home The Nook, as for us it is two floors above where we dwell and it just has a special good feeling to take refuge: The slanted lower ceilings, the lighting, the feng shui gives us that sense.
We wish to share the charm of The Nook at Inner Quest with you - visitors, friends, and family. Perhaps when you come, you will share in your words how The Nook provided shelter upon
return from your ADK outings.
The STUDIO
a unique affordable
place to stay.
The Studio, Inner Quest Yoga studio, provides a unique and affordable place to stay for one or two guests (up to four considered) available Fri/Sat/Sun nights year-round. Stay one, two or three nights (longer during the Thanksgiving and Christmas to New Year holidays - check with us for dates). Generally no classes are held on the days The Studio is available for rent.
The Studio is a large open, beautiful space, with lots of natural light, and hardwood floors. The room is set up for guests with an queen size murphy bed, nice linens, blanket and comforter provided, side table and fans in the warmer months. There are two Stressless chairs comfy for relaxing, meditating, reading books or working on your computer. Guests may use studio props for exercising. A full bath with shower (shower shared only if there are guests staying in The Nook who prefer a stand up shower. The Nook has a tub with hand held shower).
The Studio has a private entrance off of the front deck apart from The Nook and the owner’s apartment. Enjoy the private space.
